This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Promoting and marketing our aesthetic products (medical devices) to specialist physicians via phone.
• Engaging with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and virtual conferencing tools, to cultivate strong relationships and meet sales objectives.
• Achieving or surpassing sales goals within the designated remote inside sales territory.
• Expanding market share in the assigned area.
• Convincing customers using competing products to switch, identifying and acquiring new clients, strengthening ties with existing customers, and winning back lost customers.
• Actively qualifying and generating leads.
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from initial contact with potential customers to closing deals and ensuring long-term customer retention.
• Organizing and conducting remote customer meetings, including thorough follow-ups.
• Providing technical details and marketing the relevant products to office-based physicians and hospital specialists.
• Planning and executing outbound calls, while managing inbound inquiries.
• Qualifying leads effectively.
• Continually assessing and profiling customer potential.
• Maximizing annual revenue planning for the assigned remote territory with a focus on strategic territory management.
• Analyzing market trends regarding the sales progress of our products and competitors, identifying opportunities and critical trends.
• Utilizing marketing materials effectively to clearly communicate core messages, product differentiation, and our brand positioning relative to competitors.
• Implementing product claims with a focused alignment of activities to marketing strategies and sales processes, including strategic direction and tactics (execution of brand strategy).
• Maintaining professional reporting standards: ensuring timely completion of all administrative duties and meeting KPIs.
• Providing competent customer management and actively advocating for customer needs.
• Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and issues professionally, proposing solution strategies, and promptly following up on agreed actions.
• Attending regional events as required.
• Completed training qualifying you to function as a medical device consultant.
• Successfully finished commercial or scientific training, pharmaceutical representative training, or possess the necessary expertise under §75 of the German Medicines Act.
• Foundational knowledge of GxP standards.
• A minimum of two years of customer service experience, ideally with at least one year in telephone service.
• Willingness to undergo training in telephone sales.
• Strong passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Proficient in written and spoken German.
• Good English language skills are a plus.
• Strong customer orientation to ensure high levels of customer/patient satisfaction.
• Highly persuasive with a presentation- and closing-oriented personality, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
• A high level of agility and a readiness to adapt to evolving market conditions, proactively and creatively adjusting work methods.
• Advanced digital skills and confident use of digital solutions (Veeva CRM and CLM, XPM, WebEx, etc.) along with MS Office proficiency.

• Ability to articulate complex scientific concepts clearly to various customer groups.
