Manager – Innovation and Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Spearhead strategic innovation and transformation projects within the domains of AI, RPA, and Data Science.

• Guide, mentor, and oversee a team of application developers.

• Partner with senior leadership to establish and evolve innovation strategies.

• Analyze industry trends and deliver insights to support new initiatives.

• Identify opportunities for cost reductions within the team.

• Offer technical guidance on application architecture.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through agile methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in application development and transformation roles.

• 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or managerial position.

• Demonstrated success in managing software development teams.

• Strong knowledge of solution and technical architecture principles and philosophies.

• Proficiency with AWS, Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design.

• Experience with RPA, Data Science, and other cutting-edge technologies/platforms.

• Proficient in English.
