This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Execute and provide support for essential components of the worldwide endpoint management services for desktop, laptop, and Mac systems.

• Accountable for assisting endpoint devices and users, encompassing remote management, patch management, software distribution, operating system deployment, network access protection, and hardware/software inventory initiatives.

• Spearhead the adoption of new and cutting-edge technologies to enhance employee productivity and engagement.

• Oversee Device Lifecycle Management.

• Manage Mobile Device Management (MDM).

• Direct Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) efforts.

• Evaluate and authorize Endpoint-related change management and other requests.

• Collaborate with other teams for joint initiatives.

• Provide overall leadership to the team.

• Offer consultancy and serve as a technically proficient escalation point for issues.

• Mentor, assist, and nurture other members within the department.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 5 years of experience with endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE, SCCM).

• More than 5 years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) and operating system administration (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android).

• At least 5 years of experience with Endpoint security principles (encryption, EDR, antivirus).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related business field.

• Industry certifications including Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or ITIL.

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, VMware Workspace ONE, or JAMF.

• In-depth knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android endpoint ecosystems.

• Familiarity with Zero Trust security frameworks and endpoint detection & response (EDR) tools.

• Skilled in automation/scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash).

• Demonstrated success in leading endpoint management teams or projects.

• Experience in policy formulation, compliance enforcement, and audit readiness.

• Capability to manage vendor relationships and assess new endpoint technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to reconcile security requirements with user experience.

• Experience in large-scale enterprise environments with thousands of endpoints.

• Background in enabling hybrid work and secure remote access solutions.
