Manager, Infrastructure Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Supervise the daily functions of back-office server, network, and cloud infrastructure environments.

• Lead a team of engineers and administrators tasked with ensuring the reliability, security, performance, and availability of essential services.

• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to execute infrastructure strategies.

• Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders regarding infrastructure operations.

• Manage relationships with vendors and service providers to guarantee service quality.

• Monitor system performance, utilization, and capacity; troubleshoot issues; and implement corrective actions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of progressive IT experience, including more than 2 years in a leadership role.

• Experience in supporting network, systems, and infrastructure operations within enterprise environments.

• Proven experience in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing infrastructure solutions and services.

• Familiarity with network planning, principles of infrastructure security, and communications systems.

• Practical experience with infrastructure, network, and security technologies, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPN, identity and access technologies, and cloud platforms like AWS.

• Experience collaborating with vendors, service providers, and cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate operational delivery.
