This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead and cultivate a high-achieving team of Inbound SDRs serving North America and Latin America.
• Take ownership of inbound conversion KPIs, encompassing speed-to-lead, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-S1, and pipeline contribution.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales, Marketing Operations, Sales Enablement, and RevOps to enhance inbound funnel performance.
• Continuously refine qualification frameworks for demo requests, free trial conversions, and hand-raise opportunities.
• Promote excellence in buyer qualification, disqualification discipline, and meeting quality.
• Mentor SDRs on talk track adoption, discovery techniques, objection handling, urgency creation, and engaging with technical buyers.
• Oversee Salesforce, Gong, and inbound workflow systems to guarantee SLA compliance and standards for lead follow-up.
• Organize and structure feedback loops for Demand Generation, Product Marketing Management, Sales, and XDR leadership.
• Manage reporting cadences for weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance assessments.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing an Inbound SDR / Sales Development team.
• Proven experience leading teams focused on marketing-qualified lead conversion and trial processes.
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in inbound lead management.
• Familiarity with AI workflow tools, agentic automation platforms, or sales automation technologies.
• Proficient in Salesforce, Gong, Orum/Nooks, Qualified, LeadIQ, and contemporary sales engagement platforms.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience in managing conversion funnel KPIs.
• Experience in establishing SLA frameworks between SDRs, Marketing, and Sales.
• Exceptional coaching and people leadership abilities.
• Language Requirements: High proficiency in both written and verbal English and Spanish is essential.
• Additional Languages: Proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous (but not mandatory).
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, device management, or SaaS is preferred.
• A Bachelor’s degree is desired.
