This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Accountable for the design, implementation, and assessment of technical and craft training initiatives.
• Act as a performance ally to Operations, converting capability deficiencies into focused solutions.
• Establish systems that enhance craft development and empower Operations to take ownership of results.
• Collaborate with field leaders to pinpoint crew capability deficiencies and formulate training strategies.
• Ensure that interventions yield quantifiable performance results and communicate findings in operational metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree in construction, safety, training, or a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience are mandatory.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in field-based technical instruction, craft training, or instructor development.
• At least 3 years of experience in supervising and directing personnel and resources.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as business demands dictate.
• Proficient understanding of apprenticeship program standards and instructor certification prerequisites.
