This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Act as the main contact for inquiries from team members
β’ Promote organizational values through everyday interactions, programs, and communications
β’ Implement initiatives for employee engagement and recognition
β’ Collaborate with the Vice President of HR, People & Culture, and the HR Operations Manager on all hiring activities
β’ Oversee the strategy and outreach for internship recruitment
β’ At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR is preferred
β’ Previous experience in a customer-facing position is highly desired
β’ Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
