This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main contact for inquiries from team members

• Promote organizational values through everyday interactions, programs, and communications

• Implement initiatives for employee engagement and recognition

• Collaborate with the Vice President of HR, People & Culture, and the HR Operations Manager on all hiring activities

• Oversee the strategy and outreach for internship recruitment

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR is preferred

• Previous experience in a customer-facing position is highly desired

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred
