This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage the daily functions of the HR Shared Services Center across all divisions.
• Act as the main escalation point for intricate, sensitive, or system-related HR transactions and inquiries.
• Ensure compliance of HR processes and transactions with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Legal, and Finance to address compliance issues and sustain cross-functional workflows.
• Develop and uphold a comprehensive understanding of HRIS, case management systems, and employee self-service portals.
• Work alongside HR Technology and IT on system configurations, workflow modifications, enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
• Advocate for automation, AI-assisted tools, and self-service functionalities.
• Oversee the design, documentation, and ongoing enhancement of HR Shared Services processes.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, and knowledge base articles.
• Set up and track Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and operational dashboards.
• Conduct process audits and advance tiered service delivery models.
• Establish and manage a metrics framework for HR Shared Services.
• Develop real-time operational dashboards and analyze case and call center data.
• Schedule monthly and quarterly metrics reviews with HR Operations leadership.
• Monitor payroll-related HR transaction accuracy and collaborate with Payroll on data quality.
• Generate predictive insights regarding processing periods, staffing needs, and service demand.
• Provide data-driven recommendations for the myHRS Leader.
• Assess employee and manager satisfaction and refine service delivery accordingly.
• Maintain a strategic partnership with Payroll leadership.
• Coordinate employee data transactions, including job changes, hires, terminations, leave processing, and compensation updates with Payroll.
• Collaboratively develop process maps and SOPs with Payroll.
• Resolve HRIS discrepancies that impact payroll accuracy.
• Enhance HRIS workflows and integrations related to payroll.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the HR Shared Services team.
• Set performance expectations and provide ongoing training.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a relevant field is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience is essential.
• At least 3–4 years in a leadership role within HR Shared Services or HR Operations is required.
• Experience in delivering HR services to a geographically diverse employee base across North America and EMEA is necessary.
• A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with HR case management and ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or Workday Help is vital.
• Proven experience leading process improvement initiatives that resulted in measurable efficiency gains.
• Participation in HRIS implementations or system migrations as a business stakeholder or subject matter expert is required.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now or ADP Vantage is necessary.
• Knowledge of AI-driven HR service delivery platforms is desirable.
• Experience in multi-state or global HR Shared Services environments is important.
• Awareness of EMEA employment practices and data privacy regulations such as GDPR is necessary.
• Experience in constructing and presenting HR metrics reports and dashboards is essential.
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements is required.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, data integrity practices, and system controls is important.
• Proficiency in project management, leading cross-functional HR initiatives, is essential.
• Must adhere to TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures as well as applicable ITAR, EAR, and OFAC laws.
• Ability to identify ITAR products and comprehend access restrictions for US Citizens and US Permanent Residents is required.
• Capability to recognize foreign-person visitors and follow authorization protocols is necessary.
• Understanding US export requirements and managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services is essential.
