This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of education, training, and knowledge resources that align with organizational goals, member requirements, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with organizational leaders, subject matter experts (SMEs), volunteers, and cross-functional teams to pinpoint learning needs, identify content gaps, and explore opportunities for new products and programs.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance content development processes and to craft innovative educational offerings focused on AI and HR topics.
• Guide instructional designers, content developers, SMEs, and external contributors to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences.
• Track learner feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to suggest enhancements.
• Manage content priorities, project timelines, and cross-functional collaboration for learning initiatives.
• Act as a content contributor and expert.
• Apply adult learning principles to design and present training materials.
• Utilize SharePoint and AI-based tools to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility.
• Foster a collaborative learning culture throughout the organization.
• Serve as a faculty member, speaker, and facilitator for in-person and virtual courses, webinars, and events.
• Cultivate an engaging and supportive learning community.
• Address inquiries from customers, members, and learners regarding courses, content, and platform navigation.
• Act as a subject matter and content expert for media interviews and external inquiries.
• Work with content strategy, marketing, and editorial teams on messaging and support materials.
• Ensure that communications reflect the brand voice, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional internal and external customer service.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; OR equivalent experience.
• A minimum of nine years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• A preferred focus on compensation and benefits and/or talent management.
• Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and current HR industry trends.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially.
• Capability to facilitate an engaging and collaborative classroom setting.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Skill in translating complex subjects into accessible learning experiences.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with analytics tools and AI-enabled learning technologies.
• Familiarity with adult learning theory and competency frameworks.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• HR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
