Manager – HABS Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver strategic leadership to enhance sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across Home Centre and Lumber operations within the assigned zone.

• Mentor, develop, and assist Operations Advisors and Local Co-op leaders in recognizing opportunities, implementing action plans, and achieving business goals.

• Spearhead operational profitability and improvement initiatives through performance evaluations, financial analysis, and the execution of sustainable growth strategies.

• Collaborate with Local Co-ops and Home Office teams to exchange market insights, align strategic priorities, and ensure effective execution of programs, projects, and business initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in retail store operations.

• Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Commerce (a blend of relevant education and experience may be accepted).

• Demonstrated experience in collaborating with dealer networks and providing responsive support in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
