Manager, Graphics – VR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers.

• Supervise project assignments and performance to guarantee deadlines and quality standards are achieved.

• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.

• Act as the primary expert for graphics production workflows and our content management system.

• Create and enhance best practices for project initiation, execution, quality assurance, and delivery.

• Identify and address complex production challenges across various product lines.

• Strategically manage key accounts by ensuring clear and proactive communication to set and align client expectations.

• Monitor client satisfaction by gathering feedback, responding promptly, and adapting service delivery so clients feel understood, supported, and confident in the partnership.

• Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to showcase capabilities and foster business growth.

• Work closely with internal teams to provide integrated client solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of project management experience in visual production, media, or Prop Tech environments.

• More than 2 years of experience in people management or team leadership.

• Strong technical knowledge of 3D visualization, rendering workflows, and production tools.

• Proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to successful completion.

• Bachelor's degree is required; PMP or a similar certification is preferred.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
