This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.
• Assist in the implementation of the company's compliance program for DFARS Government Business Systems requirements.
• Collaborate with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) regarding business systems compliance matters.
• Act as the primary audit contact for process owners and oversight agencies concerning business system and related audits.
• Sustain the government business system control framework by documenting policies, procedures, and controls essential for DFARS compliance.
• Evaluate and convey compliance risks effectively.
• Work alongside process owners to address and reduce compliance risks.
• Engage with a diverse network across various organizations and levels within the company.
• Communicate directly with representatives from government oversight agencies.
• Collaborate with business process owners to guarantee adherence to government requirements.
• Generally requires a University Degree or equivalent experience, along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related area with at least 5 years of experience.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting data, as well as conveying insights to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.
• A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is preferred.
• Experience in supporting both internal and external audits is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.
• Must be authorized to access information pertinent to the applicable program/contract.
