This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Review, prepare, and compile documents from both internal and external databases as well as chemical database management systems.
• Acquire documentation necessary to uphold product-level data across all systems.
• Create chemical hazard summaries and conduct biological evaluations.
• Generate and assess hazard communication documents along with product labels.
• Develop and/or evaluate reports as needed to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
• Provide support to the Customer Product Stewardship Team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
• 0–2 years of experience in document preparation, archiving, or storage is preferred.
• Familiarity with chemical databases is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Basic knowledge of hazard communication and regulatory compliance matters.
• One year of experience in regulatory and hazard communication is preferred.
