This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Evaluate B2B contracts for clients, vendors, and partners, which includes NDAs, demo agreements, onboarding materials, insurance documentation, and certificates of insurance (COIs).
• Recognize contractual obligations and potential risks; create summaries, risk matrices, checklists, and recommendations.
• Assist Business Development, Sales, and internal teams in comprehending contractual requirements and the subsequent steps.
• Facilitate the contract lifecycle by coordinating documentation and follow-up actions through review and signature, while tracking obligations post-execution.
• Keep accurate records of contracts and document versions, aiding in record retention and audit preparation.
• Support vendor and partner due diligence and compliance evaluations by collecting documentation and highlighting items that need further assessment.
• Monitor and prioritize requests in Jira or comparable tools, ensuring stakeholders are updated on progress, dependencies, and timelines.
• Raise complex, sensitive, or higher-risk issues to Compliance & Legal, adhering to established review and approval procedures.
• Enhance checklists and workflows; responsibly utilize approved automation and AI tools while safeguarding confidential information and validating outputs.
• Hands-on experience in contract analysis, compliance, or a related role within a corporate B2B setting.
• Experience with U.S. contracts or assisting U.S. clients in a contractual or compliance role.
• Proficient in advanced English and fluent in Spanish, capable of reviewing documents and communicating clearly in both languages.
• Exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion when managing confidential or sensitive information.
• Capability to juggle concurrent requests, organize documentation, and adhere to deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset in supporting internal clients, balancing urgency with precision and responding promptly during designated working hours.
• A university degree in Law is preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, another regulated industry, or technology is preferred.
• Background in a medium or large company, or a consulting firm, managing a high volume of clients and requests is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing requests and priorities is preferred.
