This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the daily operational management of the Global University.
• Develop and uphold the University operating model, governance framework, and delivery processes.
• Propel execution in alignment with the University roadmap and annual objectives.
• Create scalable processes that facilitate swift content creation, maintenance, and delivery.
• Guarantee uniformity of learner experiences across all University audiences and programs.
• Act as the University PMO leader, overseeing planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and program execution.
• Apply project management methodologies, sprint planning, intake processes, and delivery workflows.
• Manage the portfolio of University programs, including project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Craft executive dashboards and reporting frameworks.
• Track risks, issues, and mitigation strategies across University initiatives.
• Develop and maintain the University standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Define standards for content development, review processes, publishing workflows, and lifecycle management practices.
• Establish governance frameworks for curriculum development, certifications, and content upkeep.
• Direct the University content production model encompassing instructional design, content creation, certifications, and learning programs.
• Design scalable content development workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize production cycle times.
• Oversee the intake and prioritization of learning requests from stakeholders.
• Ensure balanced resource allocation and workload management across content development teams.
• Establish quality assurance standards and review processes for the University.
• Supervise certification governance, including exam management, certification maintenance, and credential quality standards.
• Ensure University assets are accurate, current, and aligned with product strategy.
• Measure and consistently enhance training effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Enablement, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Support, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Global Enablement leadership.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in enablement operations, learning operations, program management, training management, PMO leadership, or similar roles.
• At least 3 years managing cross-functional learning, enablement, or content development programs.
• Proven experience in building scalable operational processes and governance frameworks.
• Strong expertise in project and program management.
• Experience in implementing PMO methodologies and reporting structures.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning technologies.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting global teams and working in distributed environments.
