Manager, Global Payroll – Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take charge of payroll accounting, enhance internal controls, and ensure compliance in payroll, tax, benefits, and corporate filings.

• Guarantee accuracy across payroll systems and global service providers.

• Supervise payroll tax submissions and adherence to regulations.

• Manage compliance and registrations across multiple states.

• Assist in the transition from a PEO to a broker-led benefits structure.

• Coordinate global payroll and compliance efforts through various providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of global payroll and compliance experience within a growing SaaS organization.

• Strong knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, and auditing procedures.

• Proven experience with multi-state payroll tax compliance and registrations.

• Familiarity with sales tax, corporate filings, and compliance obligations.

• Experience in supporting benefits accounting and renewals.

• Knowledge of systems like Rippling and global payroll service providers (e.g., Remote).
