This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated U.S. and international networks and alliances.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with network leaders, alliance executives, and key member firms.
• Represent the organization at U.S. alliance conferences, regional gatherings, and leadership meetings, which may require around 30% travel within the U.S.
• Advocate for network requirements internally, ensuring coherence across Sales and Product teams.
• Actively identify and qualify new prospects within alliance ecosystems.
• Assist and, when applicable, lead responses to RFPs/RFIs for network-level or multi-firm initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to activate inactive firms and reconnect with underutilized members.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities related to your networks.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within member firms, emphasizing:**o Adoption of new products**o Cross-selling and upselling in existing accounts**o Network-wide initiatives tailored for U.S. firms
• Create network-specific growth strategies focused on feasible, actionable opportunities.
• Convert global or centralized initiatives into clear, actionable steps for smaller U.S. member firms.
• Keep precise CRM data, pipeline tracking, and reporting for your designated networks.
• 3–6+ years of experience in one or more of the following:**o Business Development**o Account Management**o Alliances & Partnerships**o Customer Success or Relationship Management
• Experience with the following is beneficial:**o Professional services firms (e.g., accounting, audit, advisory) strongly preferred**o Member-based organizations, alliances, or networks (highly valued)
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to influence without authority across decentralized organizations.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity and establishing structure where none exists.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
• Awareness of emerging AI trends and their applications in business.
• Willingness to travel within the U.S. (~30%) for alliance events, partner meetings, and critical engagements.
