This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Accountable for direct engagement with customer points of contact (PoC) regarding service delivery for their team members (direct reports).
β’ Cultivates and nurtures robust, collaborative relationships with local customers, fostering high levels of trust and satisfaction.
β’ Oversees the performance and daily operations of multifunctional team members to ensure excellence in service delivery and adherence to established KPIs; formulates and implements mitigation and remediation strategies for instances of non-compliance as necessary.
β’ Involved in managing resource availability for team members to guarantee they are appropriately resourced, with resource needs identified promptly; resolves potential resource conflicts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
β’ Gathers feedback from customer PoC(s) for ongoing enhancement of service delivery and to reinforce customer relationships.
β’ Minimum of 2 years of experience as a People Manager in a CRO or Pharmaceutical setting.
