This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist in the creation of long-term financial plans and strategic business cases.
• Collaborate with business leaders on growth prospects, investment choices, and strategic initiatives.
• Oversee and contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Conduct thorough revenue trend analyses to pinpoint drivers, trends, risks, and potential opportunities.
• Present actual-versus-budget and forecast variance analyses.
• Examine and convey the financial implications of foreign exchange fluctuations.
• Prepare consistent financial and performance reports highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.
• Work alongside Sales, Commercial, HR, and other departments to deliver financial insights and constructive feedback.
• Create and sustain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Convert intricate financial and operational data into actionable insights.
• Provide on-demand financial and commercial analyses.
• Assist senior stakeholders with data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance.
• Enhance forecasting precision, reporting quality, and FP&A processes.
• Advance reporting and analytical procedures using systems, data, automation, and emerging technologies.
• Aid in the establishment of consistent FP&A methodologies, assumptions, and reporting standards.
• Extensive FP&A experience within a complex, dynamic, and international organization.
• Profound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and business collaboration.
• Proficient financial modeling abilities, including scenario, sensitivity, and business case analyses.
• Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI.
• Experience utilizing automation, AI, or advanced analytics tools in FP&A processes.
• Strong commercial insight linking financial results to operational performance.
• Experience working with large data sets, multiple systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience operating across various currencies, countries, and legal entities.
• Capability to simplify complex data and deliver clear, actionable recommendations.
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement with experience in enhancing reporting, planning, and forecasting processes.
• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification).
• Strong experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and business collaboration.
