Manager, Financial Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage a team

• Direct project workstreams

• Assist in business development efforts

• Mentor and provide guidance to the project team

• Handle project financials and economics

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of financial processes such as P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and the associated risks

• Capable of conducting and facilitating stakeholder workshops that address finance processes, risks, gaps, and inefficiencies in areas such as people, processes, technology, data, and internal controls

• Familiarity with digital finance tools, including core ERP systems, financial consolidation software, and data analytics

• Knowledge and experience with GenAI, AI, analytics, automation solutions, and finance-related use cases

• Proficient in creating process documentation such as maps, RACI, and SLAs

• Ability to perform time and motion studies and conduct manpower assessments

• Understanding of finance maturity assessment models and the design and rollout of target operating models

• Experience with at least one strategy-to-execution transformation initiative

• Strong consulting capabilities, including problem-solving and strategic thinking

• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools

• Ability to lead teams and manage project workstreams

• Capability to support business development initiatives

• Ability to coach and guide project teams effectively

• Competence in managing project timelines and resources

• Skill in overseeing project financials and economics

• 4 to 6 years of experience, with at least 4 years related to the specified areas

• Experience in GCC, finance transformation, or target operating model implementation

• Preferred skills: AI, automation, and finance strategy knowledge
