Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and uphold technical solutions and architecture within the Apptio platform.

• Configure, develop, and enhance Apptio applications, cost models, and allocation processes.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, financial analysts, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and recommend best practices that are scalable, reliable, and maintainable.

• Enhance system performance, automation, and operational efficiency.

• Integrate Apptio with enterprise systems and data sources.

• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis.

• Engage in Agile activities such as sprint planning, backlog refinement, requirements gathering, and stakeholder reviews.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.

• Assist with monthly IT chargeback activities, including cost allocations and reporting.

• Create and maintain technical, process, and support documentation.

• Act as a subject matter expert and mentor for team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

• Proven growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Experience leading initiatives and achieving results with minimal supervision.

• Apptio rTBM/A Certification is mandatory.

• Extensive hands-on experience with the Apptio SaaS platform.

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
