This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a strategic financial advisor and business partner to the Executive Leadership Team and members of the Senior Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with executive and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Define, track, analyze, and communicate essential business and financial metrics.
• Lead the creation and presentation of materials for the Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review.
• Work in conjunction with leadership on financial plans, forecasts, and capital modeling efforts.
• Perform intricate financial analyses, modeling, and significant cost-benefit analyses to aid in strategic decision-making.
• Prepare financial presentation materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and rating agencies.
• Drive management reporting initiatives, pinpoint key business drivers, assess impacts, and convert findings into actionable insights.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects and research initiatives that support the enterprise financial strategy.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and the quality of analyses and reporting.
• Guide, mentor, and develop financial analysts to promote professional development and analytical excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or business consulting.
• Strong financial acumen along with strategic business partnering capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of insurance products, operations, financial reporting, and industry trends.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.
• Proven experience in leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in supporting the Board of Directors and preparing reports for rating agencies.
• Expertise in advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics.
• Established ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
