Manager, Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Responsible for directing and supervising a team of sales representatives in the field to meet enrollment goals and promote business growth.

• Analyze market trends and assess team performance.

• Offer coaching and training while working closely with other departments to ensure sales activities align with the overall objectives of the company.

• Work together with product owners to create appealing and distinct benefit designs.

• Ensure that organizational operations are aligned with strategic goals, optimize talent and resources, and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Manage and deliver presentations, marketing initiatives, and other educational events in line with the current approved communication and marketing strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is mandatory.

• Equivalent years of relevant professional experience may be accepted in place of the required education.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in Medicare sales is required.

• Three (3) years of prior management or leadership experience is necessary.

• Previous experience in a service, sales, product, or consulting environment is preferred.

• Experience in consultative selling within complex decision-making processes is preferred.

• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is essential.

• A current, unrestricted Insurance License in Accident and Health within the designated state is required, or the ability to obtain the license within 30 days of hire is necessary.

• Current Medicare Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (MFWA) certification is required.

• Must possess a valid driver's license, a vehicle, and verifiable insurance.
