This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee Loss Prevention programs and initiatives across more than 40–50 retail locations at store, District, and Regional levels.
• Implement programs through both in-person and virtual oversight, requiring approximately 50% overnight travel.
• Execute and assess Loss Prevention strategies utilizing data analysis, exception reporting, audits, training, and investigations.
• Employ and support security systems including CCTV, EAS, access control, and burglar alarm systems.
• Supervise fraud prevention measures and carry out internal and external investigations to completion.
• Collaborate with Store Operations, EHS, Human Resources, Associate Relations, Legal, Risk Management, and Corporate EHS/Safety.
• Conduct investigations related to workplace violence and Ethics issues.
• Promote operational efficiencies while minimizing financial losses related to inventory, merchandise protection, cash revenue, and theft risks.
• Carry out LP operational activities, merchandise protection, safety assessments, and target store audits.
• Ensure compliance and participation in the US Retail Target Store Program.
• Provide training on operational standards, Key Holder duties, asset management, inventory control, cash office procedures, and fraud trends.
• Utilize ThinkLP, Agilence, and Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and analytics.
• Manage incidents of workplace violence, including threat assessments, crisis management, and coordination with law enforcement.
• Oversee initiatives aimed at reducing workers' compensation expenses and enhancing workplace safety.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and other regulatory safety training requirements.
• Analyze accident data, create root-cause strategies, and assist in the execution of US Retail safety programs.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, along with relevant industry certifications such as LPC, CFI, or CFE.
• A minimum of 5–8 years of progressive experience in Loss Prevention at the District level or higher, including supervisory roles.
• Proven track record in successfully implementing and executing Loss Prevention, Shortage, and Fraud Control programs.
• Experience in developing and implementing Safety Programs to ensure a secure workplace and manage workers' compensation costs effectively.
• Proficiency in LP systems and exception-based reporting and analysis tools, including Agilence, ThinkLP, Power BI, CCTV, EAS, Ethics Point, Alarm Management, and Origami reporting systems.
• Willingness to travel overnight for approximately 50% of the time based on geographical requirements.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other regulatory safety training mandates.
