This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Act as the lead project manager for campaigns across global social initiatives.
• Coordinate the launch of campaigns that include video/storytelling assets, insights from subject matter experts, and distribution through advocacy networks.
• Take ownership of and expand the enterprise Employee Advocacy program.
• Drive the strategy and execution of Employee and Executive Advocacy, focusing on internal adoption, content curation, executive positioning, and program evaluation.
• Collaborate with sales, content, product marketing, customer advocacy, channel marketing, and various teams to enhance compliant social content.
• Equip customer-facing teams with impactful social content to stimulate pipeline growth.
• Oversee policy guidelines, intake processes, brand page management, and channel security in partnership with Legal, InfoSec, and Marketing Operations.
• Directly supervise a Social Media Coordinator.
• Manage submission intake processes, asset organization, publishing distribution channels, and automated workflows.
• Align creative, community, and go-to-market teams across integrated campaigns.
• Promote the use of social platforms among cross-functional teams.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in social media strategy, enterprise campaign management, or global employee advocacy and enablement programs.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated success in managing enterprise advocacy platforms.
• Experience in developing Executive Advocacy and/or Social Selling programs.
• Strong foundation in project management.
• Capability to coordinate complex, multi-stakeholder campaigns across creative, PR, brand, community, and regional go-to-market teams.
• Practical experience with contemporary project management tools such as JIRA and Trello.
• Familiarity with automated workflows to streamline publishing processes.
• Experience in managing direct reports.
• Proven ability to facilitate change management within complex global matrix organizations.
