
Manager – Equipment Module Sourcing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Oversee a team dedicated to global sourcing, contracting, and commercial management of engineered equipment, valves, and essential supply chain solutions that support APX nuclear projects.
• Develop category and sourcing strategies aimed at enhancing Total Cost of Ownership, reducing supply chain risks, and ensuring consistent long-term supply.
• Direct the identification of bidders, qualification of suppliers, RFx activities, evaluation of bids, selection of suppliers, and recommendations for award.
• Manage strategic supplier relationship programs with key global suppliers.
• Advocate for supplier performance enhancements through executive business reviews, scorecards, and performance management practices.
• Recognize and mitigate commercial, operational, geopolitical, capacity, quality, and delivery risks.
• Build, mentor, and lead a commercial sourcing team with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
• Formulate global sourcing strategies for intricate engineered equipment modules, materials, and services that support APX projects.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering, project management, quality, operations, and strategic suppliers worldwide.
• Report directly to the Director, APX Supply Chain Commercial Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or commercial management.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex negotiations, RFIs, RFPs, RFQs, contract development, and supplier selection processes.
• Capacity to work remotely and travel as needed.
• Candidates must adhere to applicable United States and relevant-country export control regulations.
