This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Directs the implementation, support, enhancement, and upkeep of Epic revenue cycle applications, which encompass billing and patient access workflows.
• Supervises and guides analysts working on Epic revenue cycle modules, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and industry best practices.
• Collaborates with revenue cycle, patient access, finance, and operational leadership to convert business requirements into system solutions.
• Manages the application build process, testing, deployment, upgrades, and change management.
• Promotes workflow standardization across scheduling, registration, charging, claims processing, reimbursement, and denial management.
• Evaluates system performance and operational results to enhance revenue integrity and financial outcomes.
• Works in partnership with stakeholders on regulatory obligations, payer modifications, and policy developments.
• Coordinates with vendors and internal teams regarding integrations and system enhancements.
• Preserves documentation, workflows, and change management protocols.
• Oversees project intake, prioritization, and execution of revenue cycle initiatives.
• Facilitates end-user engagement through effective communication and training efforts.
• Encourages ongoing improvement via workflow redesign and system upgrades.
• Executes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• Epic certifications (Resolute or other revenue cycle modules) are preferred.
• Proven experience managing analysts or technical teams that support healthcare applications.
• Background in a hospital or healthcare system with Epic or revenue cycle operations is essential.
• Experience in overseeing build, testing, upgrades, and workflow optimization is necessary.
• Solid understanding of Epic revenue cycle workflows, including patient access, billing, and claims.
• Familiarity with Epic Resolute is preferred.
• Knowledge of payer requirements, regulatory factors, and financial influences is important.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
• A results-oriented approach with a focus on operational enhancement is crucial.
• Capability to manage resources and budget effectively is necessary.

• This position offers remote work flexibility.
• Travel requirements may involve up to 20% travel.
