Manager, ENT/MM Customer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Lead and motivate a professional sales team to surpass monthly targets and annual quotas in the construction technology industry.

• Identify new market opportunities by engaging with industry leaders and fostering strategic B2B connections.

• Collaborate with technical pre-sales specialists to develop and implement account strategies that attract high-value new clients.

• Act as a brand ambassador for Trimble at prominent industry events.

• Cultivate relationships with technology partners and relevant associations.

• Participate in on-site client engagements and high-stakes demonstrations across North America as part of the sales team.

• Propel strategic growth for the North American MEP Customer Sales division.

• Mentor team members and influence their professional development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of proven sales experience in a software setting.

• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.

• Proficient in influencing and communicating effectively with C-level executives and a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong background in business development, including proactive prospecting and strategic networking.

• Skilled in developing and adjusting sales strategies based on market dynamics and customer insights.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Willingness to travel 30–40% to support field activities.

• Extensive knowledge of North American MEP or construction industry workflows is an advantage.

• Experience in managing remote or geographically dispersed sales teams is a plus.

• Technical background or degree in construction or business technology is desirable.
