This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +9 more states.
• Lead a team focused on field operations to enhance activation and utilization within key franchise networks.
• Serve as a proactive sales coach to cultivate a high-performing team.
• Work in close partnership with internal success managers and cross-functional teams.
• Eliminate obstacles and enhance effective strategies to engage franchise logos.
• Improve coverage models and playbooks tailored for multi-location franchise networks.
• Set up regular operational rhythms with call coaching and pipeline assessments.
• Promote the adoption of essential ecosystem solutions to demonstrate the value of the Xero platform.
• Team up with Marketing for regional "activation sprints" and "office blitzes."
• Demonstrated success in leading and coaching front-line sales or partner success teams in B2B SaaS or FinTech sectors.
• A process-oriented mindset with a strong focus on CRM maintenance, data-driven decision making, and organized operational practices.
• Capability to navigate complex, matrixed environments, particularly understanding the intricacies of large franchise or national accounting firms.
• Charismatic and persuasive communication style.
• A "field-first" mentality with an emphasis on real-time feedback.
• Strong inclination towards action and accountability for the portfolio.
