• Lead, expand, and cultivate a high-performing team of Account Executives.

• Over 10 years of experience leading enterprise SaaS sales teams.
• Strong expertise in endpoint, IT operations, or related technologies is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build, scale, and retain high-performing teams.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
• Extensive sales acumen, including negotiation and deal strategy skills.
• Data-driven operator with a strong command of Salesforce.
• Highly organized and effective in fast-paced environments.
• Adaptable leader who thrives in dynamic situations.
• Strong communicator with a customer-centric mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
