This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and oversee a team of Enterprise Account Managers who support key DSO partners.
• Develop, test, and enhance the growth funnel from initial target selection to the placement of first and second orders.
• Broaden the range of products sold, boost practice penetration, and minimize churn within DSO accounts.
• Establish performance standards, track funnel KPIs, and provide coaching to team members.
• Collaborate with RevOps on funnel stages, instrumentation, reporting, and the rollout of whitespace models.
• Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and design experiments to enhance conversion rates and efficiency.
• Create weekly routines to ensure that Account Manager outputs and revenue are predictable and can be forecasted accurately.
• Maintain accurate and reliable Salesforce data regarding funnel activities and outcomes.
• Take responsibility for team and account-level reporting aligned with DSO growth initiatives.
• Convert funnel data into prioritized, testable hypotheses.
• Update leadership on progress, risks, and resource requirements.
• Develop playbooks, training materials, tools, and programs that replicate successful sales strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers on strategic account plans and high-value DSO opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with key DSO stakeholders and provide support for strategic accounts.
• Collect feedback from Account Managers and customers for the product and marketing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or revenue operations.
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or player-coach role.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture a high-performing team that meets quotas.
• Proficient in building and analyzing a sales funnel, identifying bottlenecks, and designing tests.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of establishing rapport and trust with stakeholders, including DSO executives.
• Strategic, proactive, organized, and test-focused in problem-solving approaches.
• Comfortable using Salesforce and reporting/BI tools to create and monitor funnel dashboards.
• Highly organized and adept at managing multiple competing priorities.
