This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and execute a comprehensive account management strategy that aligns with the Corporates segment's objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive new customer acquisition, enhance customer relationships, and manage renewal sales within designated territories.
• Supervise the formulation and implementation of strategic account plans to meet sales targets, optimize revenue from existing clients, and broaden the customer base.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee a high-achieving account management team, cultivating a positive and results-driven atmosphere through excellence in sales processes.
• Set clear objectives, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team, offering regular feedback and coaching to promote both individual and team success.
• Ensure a strategic product mix within the assigned team to meet company revenue objectives and foster sustainable growth.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders, establishing trust and credibility through consistent communication and outstanding service.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty by promptly and effectively addressing customer needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the Customer Success Leader to ensure a smooth customer experience, aiding in customer retention and the expansion of the complete product portfolio.
• Work closely with customers to gain a comprehensive understanding of their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
• Attend crucial customer business meetings to ensure alignment with their goals and objectives, showcasing a deep understanding of their business.
• Collaborate effectively with solution consultants to craft tailored solutions that accurately address customer needs and requirements.
• Coordinate with professional services teams to guarantee timely and successful solution implementations, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the sales team and the Partnerships & Alliances team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies with strategic partners.
• Build strong relationships with key partners, ensuring partner metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
• Collaborate with Industry & Product Specialists to create and execute impactful product marketing campaigns and enhance our customer solution portfolio.
• Contribute to the prioritization of features and the ongoing improvement of our solutions and processes based on market feedback and customer needs.
• Diligently monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, including sales targets, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction, to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports, updates, and other relevant information on account management activities and outcomes to executive leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the account management team.
• Proficiency in both English and German is essential.
• A customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional products and services through in-depth understanding and enduring partnerships with Software technology clients.
• Proven capability to inspire, motivate, and guide teams towards achieving ambitious objectives.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a strategic account management process that emphasizes building and sustaining relationships with key customers to ensure their satisfaction, retention, and drive business growth, resulting in customer loyalty, advocacy, and long-term revenue.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies, with the ability to create compelling value propositions that address customer use cases with solutions from the product portfolio.
• Established ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions and finalize agreements for the sale and licensing of software and technology, including associated services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills at the executive level.
• Strong interpersonal skills and active listening capabilities, able to convey complex information in an engaging and accessible manner.
• Ability to analyze market data, customer feedback, and sales performance to inform strategic decisions.
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues by defining problems, identifying their causes, prioritizing options, and implementing chosen solutions.
• Exceptional capability to work effectively with cross-regional/functional teams, including sales, product development, marketing, and commercial excellence.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a readiness to embrace change and new challenges.
• Experience in creating and delivering training programs.
