This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Promote and sell Aspire’s products and services to potential customers within a designated geographical area.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Oversee and sustain the sales pipeline by utilizing forecasting, resource allocation, account strategies, and planning.
• Ensure all interactions and meetings with prospects are accurately documented in our CRM system.
• Develop, present, and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to successfully finalize sales.
• Maintain a consistent and timely response rate with all clients.
• Identify and engage key accounts, cultivating business relationships with stakeholders.
• Occasionally participate in industry-specific trade shows to generate leads.
• Travel may be necessary.
• Keep an accurate forecast and related prospect details in our CRM.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5+ years of B2B sales experience is essential.
• Experience in SAAS or ERP sales is highly desirable.
• A strong understanding of sales automation tools to effectively build pipelines at scale is required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills are necessary.
• Previous experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative is highly preferred.
• Experience in the landscaping or trades industry is highly advantageous.
