
Manager, Enrollment and Billing – Cash Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee daily operations related to enrollment and billing cash to ensure precise payment postings, effective accounts receivable results, and prompt resolution of issues.
• Establish clear objectives for the team, align resources with business requirements, and assist employees in recognizing how their contributions support patients, partners, and financial outcomes.
• Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and ongoing improvement by mentoring team members, providing feedback, and promoting skill development.
• Track productivity, quality, and compliance metrics; utilize trends and root-cause analysis to identify enhancements and minimize recurring issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams, payers, vendors, and other stakeholders to eliminate obstacles, enhance service, and bolster operational results.
• Stay informed on changes in healthcare, payer, billing, and reimbursement; translate these updates into actionable guidance and process controls for the team.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, training, staffing strategies, and performance discussions to cultivate a reliable and engaged team.
• Review and revise procedures as necessary to ensure timely payment posting, uphold quality standards, and maintain consistent work practices.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, business, or a related area.
• At least 3 years of experience in healthcare payment posting, billing, reimbursement, revenue cycle, or similar healthcare operations.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in leading, coaching, or coordinating the efforts of others.
• Familiarity with third-party payer guidelines, healthcare billing practices, or reimbursement processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the capacity to collaborate effectively with employees, leaders, payers, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Capability to manage priorities, resolve issues, safeguard confidential information, and make informed decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Microsoft 365 tools.
