Manager, Engineering – Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and develop a team of full-stack and backend engineers

• Facilitate efficient sprint ceremonies, backlog management, and planning sessions

• Lead delivery across various domains including KYC & Identity Verification and Digital Self-Service Platform

• Act as the main engineering contact for escalated customer concerns

• Collaborate with the Alkami Better Together initiative to synchronize platform investments

⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering

• 2+ years in a leadership role within the technology sector

• Proficient in TypeScript, Node.js, and Python

• Strong skills in system design and architecture

• Experience in developing backend services and APIs

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
