Manager, Engineering Digital – Automation

📋 Description

• Oversee the comprehensive planning, development, and execution of capital projects.

• Drive technical development and feasibility assessments on engineering-related activities within the supply chain.

• Guarantee compliance with Mondelēz standards throughout execution.

• Establish and execute the capital and technical agenda during the development phase of mid to large-scale capital investment projects.

• Prepare the capital budget in alignment with the contract and project cash flow forecasts.

• Ensure the implementation of engineering developments and standards.

• Create and execute cutting-edge processes and equipment strategies to enhance resource optimization.

• Oversee engineering resources and address personnel management and development requirements.
