Manager, EHR Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and guide the EHR Integration Team, promoting professional development.

• Ensure effective team capacity planning and scheduling to accommodate new integrations and conversions.

• Oversee the performance metrics of Time to First Value and NPS KPIs, implementing strategies for ongoing improvement.

• Provide direction and assistance for complex EHR Integration projects, including EHR conversions, acting as an escalation point for risks and issues.

• Track progress across all EHR integrations, ensuring timely delivery of outputs.

• Supervise the installation, validation, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance of PatientIQ's FHIR applications across the customer base.

• Maintain and refresh resources in the CRM and project management tools to meet team and customer demands.

• Drive initiatives to enhance integration workflows, documentation, and tools.

• Establish scalable processes for managing multiple simultaneous integrations while ensuring consistent quality standards.

• Regularly communicate team performance metrics, capacity, and project updates to PatientIQ leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer journey and effective scoping.

• Improve the sales-to-integration and integration-to-Customer Success handoff process for enhanced efficiency and information quality.

• Represent the voice of the customer regarding EHR integration issues, identifying patterns from active integrations and providing actionable feedback to the Product team.

• Stay informed on EHR interoperability trends to enhance customer discussions and internal process optimizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Leadership Experience: 4+ years of experience in leading and supporting healthtech SaaS integrations.

• Industry Background: Experience in a growth-stage SaaS company or a similar role within a larger organization.

• Technical Proficiency: Proven hands-on experience with HL7 and FHIR integration standards, EHR platforms (e.g., Epic, Athena, Meditech), and integration middleware or engines. Comfortable engaging directly with health system IT teams on technical scoping, validation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines, API interfaces, and database tools (SQL) is advantageous.

• Skills: Outstanding organizational and communication abilities with a proven capacity to manage multiple team members and projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.

• Customer Focus: Strong capability to handle daily tasks while maintaining a strategic perspective on customer and team requirements.

• Collaboration: Proven ability to work cooperatively with internal teams across PatientIQ.

• Travel: Willingness to travel up to 20% annually.

• NICE TO HAVE

• Tools: Experience with CRM and project management systems for tracking customer interactions, knowledge management, report and dashboard creation, and support tickets.

• Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with patient-reported outcomes.

• Project Management: Demonstrated history of managing healthcare provider or enterprise customer implementations.

• Pre-Sales Experience: Knowledge of technical pre-sales scoping for EHR integrations, including setting integration expectations with potential customers during the sales process.
