This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Supervise the eClose department, overseeing RON and iPEN processes.

• Manage team performance, attendance, training, payroll approvals, staffing, coaching, counseling, and annual evaluations.

• Ensure the completion of daily tasks, production levels, performance metrics, quality standards, and employee compliance with objectives.

• Evaluate, develop, maintain, and enhance the eClose and eNotary vendor network.

• Track COGS, client-level SLAs, customer satisfaction, vendor quality, and eClose performance metrics.

• Create and uphold departmental processes and procedures for both internal and external vendors.

• Conduct employee work audits to guarantee task precision.

• Resolve escalated issues involving clients, vendors, employees, and eClosing processes.

• Ensure compliance with eClose regulations, company policies, client specifications, and state guidelines.

• Engage in client audits, including the preparation of pre-audit questionnaires and responses.

• Generate departmental reports and inform upper management about escalated matters.

• Collaborate with other ServiceLink departments to fulfill client expectations.

• Propose staffing levels, overtime needs, candidate hiring, system improvements, and process enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior management experience is essential.

• Experience in title, closing, or the mortgage industry is required.

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• Capability to identify issues that extend beyond company, client, and state regulations and requirements.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting stringent client deadlines.

• Strong organizational skills are necessary.

• Effective communication and customer service abilities are important.

• Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Teams.

• Tech-savvy and forward-thinking mindset is preferred.

• Detail-oriented, efficient, and organized approach is required.

• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

• Must not require employment visa sponsorship either now or in the future.
