This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.
• Lead and actively participate in a team of DevOps/SRE engineers dedicated to Observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and enhancing Developer Experience (CI/CD pipelines, internal developer tools).
• Assist in defining the roadmap and vision for observability and developer productivity, ensuring alignment with both business objectives and engineering requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain monitoring and logging infrastructure to guarantee comprehensive visibility into system health and performance.
• Develop and sustain CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks to facilitate rapid, safe deployments and enhance developer workflows.
• Collaborate with various engineering and product teams to promote cross-functional initiatives, embedding reliability and efficiency into our services.
• Establish and disseminate best practices for infrastructure management, incident response, and conducting post-mortems.
• Contribute to the definition and implementation of AI tooling and standards throughout the company, ensuring that developers have access to scalable and secure AI platforms.
• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, including some experience in leading or mentoring fellow engineers.
• Practical expertise in observability practices and tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack) along with a good understanding of SRE principles.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) as well as Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS and/or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes), with a background in building scalable systems.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with experience working across teams (development, QA, product).
• A strong passion for automation, reliability, and enhancing developer efficiency, coupled with a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Experience in leading DevOps/SRE transformations or implementing reliability engineering practices at scale.
• Prior software engineering experience.
