This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Build, lead, and cultivate a high-performing team.
• Establish clear expectations and offer continuous mentoring.
• Manage complex or time-sensitive transactions.
• Oversee comprehensive dealer transaction management.
• Monitor lender funding pipelines and the status of deals.
• Analyze operational metrics to pinpoint bottlenecks and drive improvements.
• 4+ years of experience in operations support, customer operations, or dealer/F&I operations.
• 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and electronic document management.
• Experience in consumer or dealer finance processing.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple queues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
