This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement Intradiem's enterprise data strategy and roadmap, ensuring that the data architecture facilitates AI transformation and enhances advanced analytics capabilities.
• Develop and uphold comprehensive data governance frameworks that address data quality, lineage, access controls, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in establishing enterprise data standards, cataloging, metadata management, and self-service analytics capabilities to democratize data access while ensuring security.
• Collaborate with IT and Legal teams to create data privacy frameworks, security architecture, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
• Aid in the development and maintenance of business intelligence solutions that promote data-driven decision-making across all functions with reliable production-grade performance and monitoring.
• Create automated reporting systems and KPI tracking tools with real-time monitoring capabilities.
• Work with business stakeholders to convert requirements into technical data solutions and reporting frameworks.
• Address data quality issues and implement systematic solutions to guarantee data integrity and reliability.
• Act as the primary contact with our data infrastructure partners, managing relationships and technical requirements.
• Lead and oversee the transformation of enterprise data architecture to be AI-native, ensuring data is structured, accessible, and optimized, while collaborating with and empowering the AI Center of Excellence instead of working in isolation.
• Establish API frameworks and data integration patterns that facilitate real-time AI model access to enterprise data.
• Develop data sandboxes and experimentation environments for the development and testing of AI use cases.
• Create automated systems for monitoring data quality and detecting anomalies.
• Function as the main administrator and strategic owner of Intradiem's complete SharePoint environment, overseeing all sites, permissions, workflows, governance structures, and integration with enterprise systems.
• Promote platform adoption via training programs, best practices documentation, user enablement initiatives, and content governance policies.
• Enhance platform performance, implement security measures, and ensure disaster recovery capabilities while managing an information architecture that scales with organizational growth.
• Collaborate closely with IT and Security teams on data architecture, access controls, and compliance monitoring.
• Establish data stewardship programs and train business users on data literacy and responsible data usage.
• Lead the data governance committee and set policies for data sharing, retention, and lifecycle management.
• Conduct all business activities in accordance with Intradiem's policies and procedures.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• 7+ years of experience in data management, business intelligence, or data architecture roles, ideally within SaaS/enterprise software environments.
• In-depth understanding of data modeling, warehousing concepts, and modern data architecture principles.
• Experience with business intelligence tools (such as Power BI and similar platforms) and collaboration with external vendors.
• Proficient knowledge of databases, data integration platforms, and connectivity with enterprise systems.
