Manager, Data Science & Engineering – Title & Launch Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Manage a varied portfolio of comprehensive initiatives aimed at designing, implementing, and assessing autonomous AI solutions.

• Mentor, empower, and enhance the capabilities of a team comprising analytics engineers, data scientists, and machine learning experts.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to establish the vision and strategic roadmap for the domain.

• Set and nurture a high benchmark for both speed and technical excellence.

• Utilize advanced technical expertise along with in-depth product and domain knowledge.

• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across product, engineering, and content divisions.

• Serve as a recognized leader and subject-matter authority.

• Demonstrated history of effectively leading teams focused on data and machine learning.

• Strong focus on precise measurement and agentic/AI-driven solutions.

• Extensive knowledge in autonomous agentic systems and applied machine learning.

• Enthusiasm for guiding teams through complex technical and business challenges.

• Proven success in mentoring and developing talent.

• Master’s or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline.

• Over 6 years of practical machine learning experience (or 4+ years with a relevant PhD).

• At least 2 years of experience in leading machine learning teams.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Strong dedication to achieving end-to-end business impact.
