Manager, Data Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and nurture a team of four Principal Consultants

• Offer performance coaching, support for career advancement, and daily leadership

• Act as the primary point of accountability for the quality of Principal Consultant delivery

• Organize Principal Consultant assignments across ongoing projects

• Collaborate with Directors, Delivery Managers, and Project Managers

• Foster practice development within the Principal Consultant team

• Assist in pre-sales and scoping initiatives by deploying Principal Consultants

• Mentor and enhance the skills of direct reports through organized 1:1 meetings

• Recognize gaps in practice methodology

• Keep track of Principal Consultant workloads

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in healthcare technology delivery

• Extensive experience with GuidingCare® implementations across care management, UM, A&G, and data integration areas

• More than 4 years of supervisory experience

• Proficiency in English is required.
