This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Zealand, +1 more country.
• Gather, validate, and uphold data from both internal and external sources
• Examine clinical trial, site, investigator, and operational data to highlight trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Create and sustain standard reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
• Assist with feasibility assessments by providing data summaries, analyses, and insights regarding study requirements, site performance, recruitment trends, and therapeutic areas
• Work in collaboration with Operational Strategy, Clinical Operations, Business Development, and other stakeholders to deliver timely analyses
• Conduct data quality reviews and address inconsistencies and gaps
• Enhance data collection, reporting, and analytical processes
• Aid in the evaluation and integration of new data sources, tools, and technologies
• Keep documentation for data sources, methodologies, reporting processes, and best practices up to date
• Develop and refresh reporting templates and analytical tools
• Supply ad hoc analyses and reports as needed
• Monitor operational and feasibility metrics and relay findings
• Assist in process improvement initiatives using data
• Carry out other responsibilities and special projects as assigned
• A Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Health Sciences, Business, Statistics, Public Health, or a related field is required
• Substantial experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical operations, data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field
• Familiarity with clinical trial, investigator, site, operational, or healthcare-related datasets
• Proven ability to analyze and interpret complex data from various sources
• Experience in developing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for business stakeholders
• Background in collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global setting
• A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
• Experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related environment is preferred
• Background in supporting feasibility assessments, site selection activities, clinical operations, or operational planning is preferred
• Understanding of clinical development processes and clinical trial conduct is desirable
• Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire, or similar business intelligence and reporting platforms is preferred
