This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure customers remain engaged, satisfied, and successful with our online ordering, delivery, and marketing solutions.
• Lead a dedicated team aimed at enhancing the growth and retention of our customer base.
• Assist in minimizing churn, making sure customers continue to utilize and gain advantages from our platforms.
• Build stronger relationships with customers and seek out opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Recognize and address customer requirements, ensuring a smooth and successful interaction with the platform.
• Develop satisfied customers who become advocates, contributing to a positive brand reputation.
• Over 5 years of experience in customer retention, customer success, or account management, ideally within the SaaS, POS, or restaurant technology fields.
• Experience in leading a customer-facing team, demonstrating the ability to enhance performance and promote team development.
• 2-3 years in software sales, preferably targeting small business owners. Strong grasp of objection handling and isolation best practices, with the capacity to elevate representatives on these essential skills.
• A strong dedication to providing an outstanding customer experience, with a proven history of establishing and sustaining solid relationships with clients.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret customer data and metrics, converting insights into actionable strategies for customer retention.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with customers and collaborating across internal teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, with the foresight to anticipate customer needs and proactively tackle challenges before they escalate.
• A highly adaptable professional who excels in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to showcase the use of AI to enhance business efficiency. Familiarity with SaaS platforms, restaurant technology, online ordering systems, or POS solutions is advantageous.
