This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Oversee the relationship with customers and the business strategy for designated accounts
• Take ownership of customer business strategies that encompass distribution, pricing, promotions, placement, category expansion, and annual goals
• Cultivate customer relationships and facilitate collaborative planning discussions
• Achieve sales, profit, market share, and key performance indicator outcomes
• Administer trade strategies, promotional budgets, financial allocations, and customer investments
• Leverage data, insights, and financial expertise in negotiations and evidence-based selling
• Collaborate with Sales, Commercial Development, Category Management, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Operations
• Assist with shopper initiatives, digital strategies, new product launches, forecasting, and growth projects
• Guide internal teams and field sales partners through key priorities, business evaluations, and market visits
• Oversee forecasting, service challenges, deductions, pricing adjustments, trade activities, and follow-ups
• Relay business updates, risks, opportunities, and performance metrics to both customers and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Preferred 5+ years of relevant sales or customer account management experience
• Proven experience in managing sales, profits, trade budgets, promotional funding, and customer investments
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement customer-focused sales, category, promotional, and growth strategies
• Exceptional selling, negotiation, and customer relationship management capabilities
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving proficiencies
• Capability to transform insights into actionable strategies
• Skillful in influencing, negotiating, and creating evidence-based sales narratives
• Proficient in business planning, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and lead cross-functional efforts in a dynamic environment
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
