
Manager, Cross-Practice Area Initiatives

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Oversee initiatives that encompass various Practice Areas
• Coordinate with stakeholders across teams to guarantee uniform execution
• Recognize and manage inter-team dependencies and potential risks
• Assist teams in sustaining momentum and accountability
• Direct the analysis of customer NPS and feedback throughout Practical Guidance
• Collaborate closely with Content Strategy to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities derived from customer insights
• Identify improvement initiatives at the program level and collaborate with teams to implement and monitor enhancements over time
• Ensure synchronization among content, product, and operations teams
• Monitor progress and facilitate consistent execution across all participating groups
• Lead the coordination and implementation of automated templates and drafting-related initiatives
• Work in close partnership with Global Operations on dashboards and reporting for PG initiatives
• J.D. is preferred
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives or programs
• Strong organizational skills and expertise in program management
• Capability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience in reporting, dashboards, and performance monitoring
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
