This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska, +3 more states.
• Oversee initiatives that cross multiple Practice Areas.
• Align stakeholders across various teams to guarantee uniform execution.
• Identify and manage dependencies and risks that span different teams.
• Assist teams in sustaining momentum and fostering accountability.
• Lead the analysis of customer NPS and feedback within Practical Guidance.
• Collaborate closely with Content Strategy to communicate trends, risks, and opportunities derived from customer insights.
• Recognize program-level enhancement initiatives and collaborate with teams to implement and monitor improvements.
• Coordinate initiatives involving multiple teams, such as workflows and other cross-functional efforts.
• Ensure consistency across content, product, and operations teams.
• Monitor progress and facilitate consistent execution among participating groups.
• Spearhead the coordination and deployment of automated templates and drafting-related initiatives.
• Maintain a consistent approach and adoption across Practice Areas.
• Identify opportunities to expand successful strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Global Operations on dashboards and reporting for PG initiatives.
• Provide leadership with insights into progress, risks, and outcomes.
• Work with other roles to ensure alignment on metric definitions and prevent duplication.
• Coordinate the creation and enhancement of resources with the data analyst team to ensure all teams have access to information essential for driving practice area strategy.
• Serve as a central coordinator and connector among Practice Areas.
• J.D. is preferred.
• Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives or programs.
• Strong organizational and program management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Experience with reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
