Manager, Cost Accounting – Integration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Conduct analysis and "reverse engineer" diverse accounting and costing methodologies from acquired companies; standardize data for corporate integration.

• Assume immediate responsibility for the master inventory list and uphold data accuracy.

• Facilitate year-end audit support for inventory and COGS; ensure impeccable documentation for all accounting entries.

• Oversee physical inventory counts and cycle counting across various locations.

• Collaborate with IT to guarantee financial data accuracy during the transition from legacy systems to the main ERP.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of "hands-on" experience in cost accounting.

• Proficient in standard versus actual costing and variance analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP systems.

• Capability to navigate through "messy" data sets.
