• Develop processes for your team to effectively conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Ensure your team efficiently provides qualified Proof of Values (POVs) through remote product installations and tailored customizations.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders and their teams to deliver optimal solutions to Prospects and Customers.
• Address escalations from team members or sales counterparts to guarantee an excellent experience for prospects and customers with the CrowdStrike solution.
• Exhibit true leadership by empowering your team to succeed within the CrowdStrike Organization.
• Act as a player/coach, balancing time between mentoring your team and participating in customer calls for escalations.
• Over 5 years of relevant experience in IT/technology consulting or sales engineering.
• A minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a technical domain is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead teams and possess a high level of technical expertise.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring, coaching, training, and leading teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple engagements.
• Self-driven with exceptional organizational capabilities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with effective presentation abilities for internal and external audiences.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing complex multivariate issues and employing a systematic approach for swift resolutions, often under pressure.
• Capability to comprehend intricate architectures and swiftly identify potential gaps or opportunities to circumvent traditional security technologies.
• An inquisitive mindset with a passion for learning and a competitive drive.
• Willingness to travel as necessary.
• Technical knowledge in incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management, and endpoint security, including anti-virus solutions.
